1. Who we are
GameShipKit (gameshipkit.com) is run by 존이스킹 (JohnIsKing), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. Contact: [email protected].
2. The free tools
You can use the free tools without an account. They run in your browser. Your files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers.
The tools are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate, but store rules and size requirements change. Check the final files against the store you are publishing to before you submit.
3. What you make is yours
You keep all rights to the files you put into the tools and the files the tools produce. You are responsible for having the rights to the images, sounds and text you use.
4. GameShipKit Pro
Pro is a paid plan that unlocks extra features. Our order process is run by our online reseller Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh). Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Polar handles payment, billing, invoices, sales tax and VAT, and customer service inquiries about payments and returns.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the customer portal link in your receipt email. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the paid parts of the service. Do not share your Pro access with people outside your license. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, store rejections or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects paid subscribers in a big way, we will email them before it takes effect.
